Outreach
Red Rabbit Advocacy outreaches the most vulnerable members of our community. “We reach the unreachable.” Specifically, we target homeless encampments and other inhumane living arrangements. At Red Rabbit Advocacy, we understand the complex issues that are barriers to stability for this population.

Resource Link
Linkages to relevant resources can make all the difference when attempting to overcome social obstacles and/or deficiencies. Often, locating these resources can be time consuming and overwhelming. Red Rabbit staff will quickly determine what support is available, explain the process to you, and direct you to the right contact person.

Case Management
Case management services are available through Red Rabbit Advocacy. Our staff helps clients organize their lives. We create action plans utilizing a SMART goal model (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Timed). An intake assessment appointment is necessary to initiate Case Management Services.

Eviction Support
This service is designed to prevent individuals and families from becoming homeless. We also refer clients that contact us for help to other community partners, such as Central Valley Low Income Housing to determine their eligibility for rental assistance programs. We CAN NOT offer legal advice; however, we can help you navigate the process.

Advocacy
Court Advocacy for various situations is available for our clients. We advocate for diversion programs as opposed to incarceration for our clients as well as support for parents who are going through judicial proceedings with Child Protective Services and are truly walking the path to reunification.

Financial Literacy (Coming Soon)
There are many financial decisions that can have a negative impact on a person’s outcome if not reinforced to support their current position in life. Once they have become independently stable, we encourage further instruction through our financial literacy curriculum to provide as much guidance around money management as possible.
